Cancellation Policy

At Martmallow, operated by Capital Crew LLC, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.

If your cancellation request is received within this timeframe and your order has not entered processing, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Orders Already in Processing

Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, we may be unable to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after your order has been delivered, provided it meets the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In certain circumstances, such as when the original payment method is no longer available, a refund may be issued as store credit, where permitted.

Refund processing typically begins after the cancellation has been confirmed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• A request to cancel your order

Submitting your request promptly increases the likelihood that we can stop the order before processing begins.

Exceptional Circumstances

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Martmallow reserves the right to cancel the order.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
