The Arboleaf Smart Scale is a dual-frequency 8-electrode body composition analyzer that provides a comprehensive view of your body data at home. It captures more complete full-body readings than standard lower-body models, giving you a clearer picture of your everyday body data. The scale displays weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, and visceral fat on the screen for quick daily check-ins.
With the Arboleaf App, you can unlock 50+ body metrics, including segmental fat and muscle, BMR, body type, trend charts, and printable reports. The app allows you to track trends over time with weekly, monthly, and yearly views, making it easy to follow changes in your weight, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, and body water while staying consistent with your daily routines.
The smart scale is designed for shared use, supporting unlimited users, storing up to 8 profiles with auto recognition, and syncing with Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect, and Fitbit. Please note that this scale should not be used if you have a pacemaker or are pregnant.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified.
Our estimated processing times are:
- Economy Shipping: 4–6 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at support@martmallow.com.
To help us investigate the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where applicable.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or applicable regulations. If a shipping restriction affects your order, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
